The STS Management team consists of a globally distributed, diverse group of highly experienced individuals with expertise in many technical disciplines, across numerous vertical markets, spanning the globe in some twenty different countries. Our executive team is well positioned to manage the continued growth of the company.
The team is led by Benjamin R. Stockton, President and CEO - an original founder of STS. Business Unit Vice Presidents report directly to Stockton, as do European theater and AsiaPac operations directors. Canadian and South American operations report into the business units. This relatively flat structure provides for a tightly integrated international team. Each executive team member brings a unique business perspective to STS and oversees the management of resources and quality customer care as we expand further into the global marketplace. CEO Stockton is known for his frequent customer and employee visits to all areas of the globe.

Now in her ninth year with STS, Ms. Burchett has been promoted several times and relocated to the Headquarters office in Dublin, CA, serving as Manager for the recent two years, leading all employee services and benefits administration globally.

Before joining Cisco, Bart was the co-founder and shareholder of Integrated Network Solutions. Over the last 14 years at Cisco Systems, he managed many disciplines in the internal IT organization and built up a wide experience in a leading IT company.
In 2010, Bart performed the acted as Chief of Staff for IT Client Services and managed a €180,000,000 budget. With his his 19 years of IT experience, he is highly skilled in bridging ICT and serving clients' business needs.

Mr. Stockton is one of the founding team members of 1992 and has acted as General Manager of the Company since April, 1993. Mr. Stockton functions as the internal entrepreneur and visionary for the company. An information technology consultant in his own right, Mr. Stockton also functions as the Company's senior sales professional and executive sponsor of major projects. Prior to founding STS Mr. Stockton worked as a business manager and technical consultant for the Fluor Daniel Corporation. He holds both Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from California State University and has done graduate work at University of California and at University of Arizona.

Ms. Kasper, CPA, currently oversees the accounting department of STS and has successfully implemented new accounting systems and procedures, which have been necessary due to the company's rapid expansion over the last several years. Beri has over sixteen years of public accounting experience which includes not only traditional tax and accounting work but work with technology start-ups and participation on the Audit team for a number of Mergers and Acquisitions projects and one IPO.

Prior to joining STS, Cliff, a graduate from UC Berkeley, was with the American Heart Association for 20 years, acting as the Vice President of Information Technology.

One of the company's founding members, Mr. Stockton is responsible for all aspects of product delivery and customer care. He is an active member of the Board of Directors and also works as a consultant to our customers in the area of integrated services outsourcing. Before joining STS he began his technology-related career with Honeywell Information Systems in 1981 and eventually moved on to the position of Director of Technical Operations at System Industries, Inc., a publicly held corporation delivering a line of integrated computer hardware and software solutions to the Fortune 1000.
Mr. Jha is Vice President, Software Engineering for STS and brings extensive wide area networking, intranetworking and internetworking experience to the team. He is one of the founding members and prior to joining STS Mr. Jha held engineering positions with the Fluor Daniel Corporation and the London Fire Brigade.
